Kokuso Wata Kintsugi is used to fill and reinforce deep cracks and significant gaps during traditional kintsugi repairs. It forms an essential base for rebuilding damaged areas before the finishing stages.

Mixed with raw urushi lacquer , Kokuso Wata should form a smooth, easily workable paste. Carefully apply and mix the mixture with a spatula to achieve a uniform texture and prevent lumps from forming.

Ideal for repairs requiring more material, it allows broken areas to be permanently consolidated before the next stages of kintsugi work.
