The Kintsugi Art® gift card is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase . It can be used throughout this period, until the balance is depleted.

Yes. Our beginner-friendly kintsugi kits and materials are carefully selected to help you discover traditional kintsugi step by step, even with no prior experience.

Yes. Urushi contains urushiol, a natural substance that can cause skin reactions in some people. Before use, keep the urushi lacquer in its original packaging, tightly closed and protected from light, heat, and sudden temperature changes.After use, carefully wipe the nozzle or rim of the container before sealing it tightly to limit exposure to air. Once the tube has been opened and the lacquer exposed to air, a thicker film may gradually form inside the container. This is a natural phenomenon and can occur over time.To slow this process, store the tube in a cool, dark place, ideally inside an airtight bag before placing it in the refrigerator. Before using the lacquer again, allow it to gradually return to room temperature.

Yes. Our urushi lacquers, gold powders, pigments, tools, and traditional kintsugi materials are sourced directly from specialist suppliers in Japan. We carefully select authentic materials suited to traditional kintsugi practice, without synthetic substitutes.

All Kintsugi Art® orders are prepared and shipped from our workshop in Bordeaux, France.Deliveries are handled by Colissimo or MyDelivengo, depending on the destination. A tracking number is automatically provided as soon as the order is dispatched, allowing you to follow your parcel throughout its journey.

Yes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before dispatch.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can then follow the progress of your parcel directly on the carrier’s website.
