TRAINING CONDITIONS
LEGAL FRAMEWORK FOR INTERNSHIPS AND WORKSHOPS
These Terms and Conditions govern registration for Kintsugi Art activities taught by Didier Faillères. All bookings imply acceptance of these terms.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE OFFERS.
Internships, Courses and Masterclasses
Kintsugi Art offers four formats:
1. Group initiation: Discovering the basics (3 to 6 participants).
2. Personalized training: Tailor-made support (individual or duo).
3. Weekly lessons: Regular technical monitoring over the long term.
4. Masterclass: Thematic refinement for advanced levels.
Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or the deposit stipulated at the time of ordering.
FINANCIAL CONDITIONS
Regulations and Security
Individuals: Payment in full via Stripe (credit card) or PayPal. Professionals: Invoicing possible within 30 days (Article L.441-10 of the French Commercial Code). Public sector: Submission via Chorus Pro. Prices include raw materials and use of tools, unless otherwise stated for specialized Masterclasses.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE OFFERS.
Cancellations and Postponements
Cancellation by the customer: - More than 15 days before: Full refund or postponement without charge.
- Between 15 and 7 days: 50% refund or possible postponement.
- Less than 7 days or absence: No refund due.
Cancellation by Kintsugi Art: Full refund of sums received or offer of postponement, without additional compensation.

RETURN POLICY.
Legal Exceptions
In accordance with Article L.221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for leisure services to be provided on a specific date or during a specific period. However, for gift vouchers or purchases without a fixed date, the customer has 14 calendar days to withdraw.
RISKS AND SAFETY
Liability and Insurance
Handling: The use of natural lacquer (Urushi) presents a risk of skin allergy. Didier Faillères accepts no responsibility for any reaction if safety instructions are not followed. Objects: Participants are responsible for the objects they bring for restoration. Kintsugi Art does not guarantee the success of a repair on a structurally fragile piece.

Property and GDPR
Intellectual Property: The teaching and technical materials used remain the property of Kintsugi Art. Any reproduction or commercial use is prohibited. GDPR: The data collected is necessary for processing registration and is never shared with third parties. You have the right to access and delete your data by contacting info@kintsugi.art.
