These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed on the Kintsugi Art® online store by any consumer customer.
Kintsugi courses, workshops and training sessions are subject to specific General Terms and Conditions of Sale, available on the website.
When a gift card is used to book a course, workshop, or training session, the specific conditions of the chosen service also apply.
Any order implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
ARTICLE 3
PRODUCTS
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on their respective product pages in the shop. Kintsugi Art® strives to present the products as accurately as possible.
Photographs, colors, dimensions, and product representations are provided for illustrative purposes only. Slight differences may exist, particularly for handcrafted, natural, or handmade products.
Workshops are held at the Kintsugi Art® studio in Bordeaux or at the Client's premises, subject to prior agreement. When the workshop takes place at the Client's premises, the Client agrees to provide a suitable space: tables, access to a water source, adequate ventilation, and a protected surface for handling lacquer. Travel expenses may be added depending on the location, as specified in the quote.

URUSHI-BASED PRODUCTS
Some products marketed by Kintsugi Art® contain or are intended to be used with Urushi, traditional Japanese lacquer.
All services are subject to a prior quote detailing the chosen format, the number of participants, the date, the location, and the applicable price. The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the quote signed by the Client, accompanied, where applicable, by a deposit (see Article 5).

Kintsugi Art® cannot be held responsible for use of the product contrary to the instructions, precautions for use or its normal purpose, subject to applicable mandatory legal provisions.
ARTICLE 5
PRICE
The applicable prices are those displayed on the website at the time the order is validated.
Any applicable delivery charges are indicated to the customer before final confirmation of their order.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be levied by the authorities of the destination country. These charges, where applicable, remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Kintsugi Art® reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, a price change cannot affect an order that has already been confirmed.

ORDER
The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their cart.

Payment is made using the payment solutions offered on the website at the time of ordering.

The price is based on the number of participants indicated in the quote. Any change in the number of participants must be communicated at least 7 days before the workshop date and may result in a price adjustment.

DELIVERY
The products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing their order.
Delivery areas, available carriers, fees and estimated delivery times are indicated to the customer during the ordering process.
The customer must carefully check the accuracy and completeness of their delivery address.
Kintsugi Art® informs the customer of the delivery date or timeframe in accordance with applicable regulations.
In the event of a delivery delay, the customer benefits from the rights provided for by the Consumer Code.

ORDER RECEIPT
Upon receipt, the customer is advised to check the condition of the package and the products.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

REFUND IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL
When the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, Kintsugi Art® will reimburse the sums due in accordance with the conditions and deadlines provided for by applicable legislation.
The items entrusted by the Provider during the Discovery Workshop (assembly cup) are provided as part of the service. For the Signature Workshop, if the Client wishes to have personal items restored, their condition and value must be reported to the Provider before the workshop; the Provider cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage that was not reported.

Products sold by Kintsugi Art® benefit from applicable legal guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, under the conditions provided for by French legislation.

KINTSUGI ART® GIFT CARDS
Kintsugi Art® gift cards are valid for a period of twenty-four (24) months from their date of purchase.

When the amount of a purchase is greater than the available balance on the gift card, the difference can be settled using another payment method accepted by Kintsugi Art®.

In the event of loss, deletion, or difficulty using a gift card, the customer is asked to contact info@kintsugi.art. Any potential reissue is subject to Kintsugi Art®'s ability to identify the card in question, verify its validity, and check the available balance.

Kintsugi Art® is responsible for the proper execution of its obligations under the conditions provided for by applicable legislation.
Kintsugi Art® cannot, however, be held responsible for any damage resulting from misuse of the product, failure to comply with the precautions and instructions provided, or use outside the normal purpose of the product, within the limits authorized by law.
