Shipping

All Kintsugi Art items are shipped from our workshop located in Bordeaux, France.

Unlike some shops based outside of Europe, our European customers do not have to pay any customs duties.

Shipping is fast and trackable throughout Europe via Colissimo, with no unpleasant surprises upon delivery.

A tracking number is provided as soon as the order is dispatched.

We ship throughout the European Union and internationally.

 

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.

 

Estimated delivery times:

 

• France: 2 to 5 business days

• European Union: 4 to 8 business days

• Outside the EU: 7 to 15 business days

Returns

 

In accordance with European law, you have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of delivery to request a return without providing any justification.

Returned items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or there was an error in the shipment.
